    Today I went running and decided running is not my thing.
    I do not enjoy it in the least bit.
    It’s just tiring and annoying all throughout.

    But the day after… That soreness is AMAZING!

    Do something fun to work out. Go rock climbing or play racquetball.

    You’ll still get that soreness feeling if you push yourself hard enough.
