The other day I saw a guy doing the worst push-ups ever.
This has gone too far. People really need to know how to do a proper push-up.
It’s a great low cost exercise since you don’t need ridiculously expensive equipment.
Push-ups are great for your upper-body and will achieve goals like toning and gaining strength.

First off: Your palms should be around shoulder level and a little more than shoulder width apart.
You need to keep your body straight. Do NOT bend or arch your legs or upper or low back.
As you lift, you should exhale. When you reach the maximum height, pause for a little.
Lower yourself slowly until your chest touches the floor. Your knees should not be touching the floor.
Again, no back bending! Pause at the bottom then repeat.
